Station To Station. Creating some old computer based graphics inside of After Effects today, using a classic David Bowie album as my reference text. This particular project helped me to delve in to realm of different expression controls and sliders, as well as parenting effects to multiple layers at once, and using the toggle hold keyframe options. I also used masks with feathers to give the impression of depth to the screen. Thanks to Manuel does Motion for breaking down some of the effects used here, and for the expressions used. I created multiple compositions that I then incorporated in to one longer video outcome.

Almost a happy 47th birthday to this classic, in January next month! I've always liked the album artwork for this one too, using a still from the film; The Man Who Fell to Earth.
More fun animation projects on the way!
